I obtained this book some time ago at an author event where I met author, R. R. Ennis. He told me a little about some of the stories in the book and I felt I wanted to read more, which I did. The stories in the sook are fiction but so well written that it was hard to tell. I felt like he must have been present to have written these stories so realistically.
This is quite a collection and I won’t go into the exact stories but each story depicts a topic that might not necessarily be comfortable to read, but hard to put down. Some of them were deep and thought provoking while others made me feel like he was writing a chapter in my life. When you want to read a good collection of well written stories, I would suggest giving this one a try. I don’t think you will be disappointed.
