Beef Roll Ups


2 jars of dried beef

1 16 oz container of soft cream cheese

1 large green pepper cored and cut in spears (or you can use green onions)


Spread each circle of dried beef with cream cheese.

Roll up a spear of green pepper (or green onion))

Store in an air-tight container in the fridge overnight.
