Firecracker Shrimp

Ingredients:

1-2 pounds of raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 bottle Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce (about 2 oz)

2 tbsp Lemon Juice

2 tbsp Honey

1 tbsp Siracha Sauce (more if you like it hot)

1 ½ tsp ginger

Salt and Pepper

1 egg white

Corn Starch

Oil for frying


*Place shrimp in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

*Dip each shrimp in egg white and then roll in corn starch.

*Fry each shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side or until crisp. Drain on paper towels.

*Mix sauce ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes.

*Add shrimp back in and toss to coat.

*Serve with rice and vegetables.
