Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of flour
2 tbsp butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 egg
1 can fruit cocktail, undrained
1 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp flour
Instructions:
Preheat over to 350 degrees
In large bowl, combine flour, 1 tbsp butter, sugar, salt, baking soda, vanilla, almond extract, and egg. Blend well.
Stir in fruit cocktail and liquid
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of nuts in bottom of pan
Pour batter over nuts.
In small bowl, mix 1/2 cup nuts, 1 tbsp butter, and 1 tbsp flour until crumbly
Sprinkle crumb mixture over batter
Bake for 40 minutes.
