Lorraine's Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

1 box of macaroni

1 cup of chopped celery

1 cup of chopped cucumber

1 cup of chopped green pepper

1 cup of chopped onion

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 ½ cups of mayonnaise

Paprika

*Cook macaroni according to the directions on the box. Drain.

*In large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.

* Transfer to a covered bowl, sprinkle the top with paprika, and chill for 4-6 hours or overnight.
