Matt's Spicy Vegetable Soup


12 oz bag of frozen mixed vegetables with okra

1 can of corn

1 chopped onion

1 cup frozen hash browns

1 32 oz bottle of spicy V-8 juice

1 16 oz can beef broth

1 tbsp minced garlic

Salt and pepper

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp of ground red pepper

*Combine all in a medium sized crock pot and stir well.

*Cook on low for 10 hours or high for 4 hours.
