Overnight Layered Salad
1 medium head of iceberg lettuce torn into bite sized pieces
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 medium onion sliced and separated into rings
1 small bag of matchstick carrots (or 3 regular carrots thinly sliced)
2 cups frozen peas
6 thinly sliced radishes
1 ½ cups of mayonnaise
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
12 strips of bacon cooked crispy and crumbled
3/4 cup dried cranberries
*In 13 x 9 inch glass dish, layer first seven ingredients
*Mix mayonnaise and sugar and spread over the salad.
*Sprinkle with cheese, bacon, and cranberries.
*Cover and refrigerate overnight.
