Peanut Butter Cookies with Chocolate Chips

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter

1 cup creamy peanut butter

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1 tbsp milk

1 tsp vanilla

1 egg

1 1/4 cups of flour

3/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt


Instructions:

Preheat over to 375 degrees

Combine butter, peanut butter, both sugars, milk and vanilla

Beat at medium speed with electric mixer until blended

Beat in egg

Combine dry ingredients into creamed mixture

Spoon rounded teaspoons onto parchment paper.

Flatten in criss-cross pattern with fork

Place 4 dark chocolate chips on top of each cookie

Bake 8-10 minutes and cool on rack
