Topping Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 can pineapple slices, drained
Cake Ingredients:
1 box pineapple cake mix or vanilla cake mix 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Melt butter over low heat and stir in brown sugar
Pour into 9x13 pan or 2, 9 inch cake pans Arrange pineapple slices over melted butter and sugar
Mix ingredients for cake with mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes
Pour over fruit in pan
Bake 45-55 minutes
