Plain Potato Salad

Ingredients:

10 medium or 7 large potatoes, peeled and cubed

2 cups of mayonnaise

½ cup of Miracle whip

¼ cup of mustard

12 boiled eggs, peeled and chopped

1 large onion, chopped

1 cup chopped celery

1 medium jar of sweet gherkins, chopped in large pieces

1 10 oz jar of sliced green olives


Instructions:

Boil potatoes until tender. Place in large bowl.

Add eggs, celery, onions, pickles, and olives. Toss gently.

Add mayonnaise, mustard, and miracle whip. Mix well.

Transfer to a covered dish and chill 6 hours or overnight.
