Shrimp Bhuna

1 pound peeled shrimp

2 cups peeled and cubed potatoes

1 small can diced green chilis

½ cup chopped onions

2 tsp garlic paste

3 stalks green onion chopped

1 tsp ground red pepper

2 tsp turmeric

1 tsp salt

*Coat shrimp with salt.

*Mix together green onions, chilis, yellow onions, garlic paste, ground red pepper and turmeric in medium frying pan.

*Add shrimp and toss to coat.

*Fry until shrimp starts to curl

*Add potatoes and a little water. Cover and cook down until potatoes are tender.

*Serve over hot rice. Sprinkle with extra green onions.
