Sweet and Savory Cheeseball


2 pkgs cream cheese 8 oz each

2 tsp seasoned salt

8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained

3/4 cup chopped green pepper

4 green onions chopped

½ cup chopped pecans

Another ½ cup chopped pecans for topping


Drain pineapple at least half an hour ahead. Let cream cheese come to room temperature or microwave both bars for 15 seconds on high.

Use mixer to combine cream cheese, pineapple and seasoned salt in medium bowl until well blended.

Stir in green peppers, green onions, and pecans.

Put in decorative bowl with cover, topping with chopped pecans or shape into a ball and roll in the pecans.

Chill overnight for flavors to blend.
